Refund policy

At Fruit Healing, we are committed to providing high-quality, pure supplements to support your journey. Because our products are health-related, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Returns for Health & Safety Reasons

Due to the nature of our products (supplements), we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee its integrity and therefore cannot restock or resell it. All sales are final.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [fruitsandhealing@gmail.com] within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must include a clear photo of the damaged item and the packing slip.

  • In case of a confirmed damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. However, if your package is lost in transit (no delivery scan after a reasonable time), please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.

4. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs. We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Cancellations

Since our fulfillment process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we can only cancel orders if they have not yet entered the production/fulfillment stage (usually within 1-2 hours). Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a damaged item where a replacement is not possible), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
