Thank you for choosing Fruit Healing. We strive to get your herbal tools to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time All our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our US-based warehouse to ensure maximum freshness and potency.

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USA: 3–7 business days.

International (Europe/Sweden/Rest of World): 7–15 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Fruit Healing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
For our EU & International customers: Since our fulfillment center is located in the USA, your package may be subject to import VAT and a handling fee by the carrier upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, so there is a very small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately at fruitsandhealing@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages Fruit Healing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
